Agent edits save straight to live

## Improvements:

* **Agent edits save straight to live:** A change in Agent settings saves to the live agent on its own, within a second or two. There is no draft, staging copy or publish step. Version history keeps about one version per editing session, starting a new version after 30 minutes without edits, and **Publish to live** in **Version history** still restores an earlier version. * **API changes are live at once:** [Update Agent](https://docs.xpander.ai/api-reference/v1/agents/update-agent.md) changes are live as soon as the PATCH returns. `deploy=true` and [Deploy Agent](https://docs.xpander.ai/api-reference/v1/agents/deploy-agent.md) are no longer needed and are kept for compatibility. `version=draft` on invoke is legacy and runs the live agent, and edits no longer set an agent's status to `DRAFT`. Workflows keep their own draft and publish step.
