My sources
The live sources your admins set up: SharePoint, Google Drive, Confluence, Jira and the like. Agents read these with your own account, so they only find what you can already open. A source you have not connected is skipped when you ask. Each row shows the account you are connected as, or why not (for example Not connected or Sign-in refused) with Connect. Connect opens the provider’s sign-in for your own account; you do it once per source. When Connect is not offered, the source is not fully set up yet, so ask an admin. Once connected, Disconnect removes your sign-in: the brain stops reading that source for you right away, until you connect again. You can also connect from a conversation. When an answer skipped a source because you never connected it, the answer offers Connect with the source’s name, and your next question reads it as you.Shared with you
Every collection you can read, other than your own: its name, who it is shared with, how many files it holds and who owns it. Agents answer you from these, and only from files you are allowed to open. When a collection’s owner lets readers add files, its row offers Add files. Files you add parse in the background and are ready to answer from in a minute or two.My collections
Collections you own, for notes, playbooks or files only you or your team need. This section works when an admin turns on Members can create their own collections; otherwise it says so.- Select New collection, then fill Name and What it holds.
- Under Who can read it, pick people and groups. A new collection is readable only by you until you share it. Everyone in the organization is offered only when your admin allows members to share with everyone.
- Turn on Let others who can read it add files if your team should add to it.
- Select Create collection, then add files: upload them, paste text, or import a public web page.
Waiting for your approval
Facts agents learned from your conversations that need your approval. A fact is used in answers only after you approve it. Each card shows the proposed text, the agent it came from, who can read it and the collection it is saved to.- Approve keeps it as proposed.
- Edit changes the text first, then Save and approve.
- Reject discards it.
